A few weekends ago, AYM had a phenomenal time helping to put on the Ignition Student Conference for youth all across Northern California. As volunteers, we got to help with an assortment of different conference needs: serving food, registration, directing people to their breakout sessions, and leading youth small groups. Our AYM college mentors also presented on tough questions like "If God is good, why is there suffering?" and "Are science and faith incompatible?" How did the conference turn out?

Over 700 attendees got to experience a powerful time of worship, gathering around God's word, and making commitments for God. There were 30+ first time professions of faith, 40 recommitments for Christ, and 80+ students who responded to a call to ministry.

We were in awe of the enthusiasm, responsiveness, and joy both from students and their youth leaders. It was truly a privilege to partner with CSBC and SLU to host this past weekend's conference and welcome folks from Sacramento, Yuba City, the Bay Area, and beyond! Thank you for your prayers!
